You dont need to knock anyones door - I'll proactively go to anyone who used a "Labor Subs" and call them a Cheat because they have cheated someone else's Property and Dream.
Its gone but i'm personally a victim of that - My 1st Labor was traded in the Market for certain US dollars... The legislation was not there - otherwise i did have sufficient Proof and resources to take care of that cheat company.

Its not all about being Wise. I was stuck in a BEC for some time, but my company refused to refile under PERM for me.
Folks who missed the window - believe me, despite some insensitive remarks now, and in the past, IV is here for you and is working on your unfortunate predicament.
My best advice to those affected by the continuing BEC mire is to join your state chapter, make sure your voice is heard on a local, grassroots level.

Imagine, given the huge retrogression how many countless times we will be refiling our EADs ad APs if we don't act now.
Many people are blissfully enjoying the fruits of labor of some very dedicated IV member who selflessly participated in San Jose rally and flower campaign. These efforts were instrumental in the July visa bulletin reversal. Isn't it time we all stood up for our rights and make a strategic impact through a legislative change rather then just be satisfied with a tactical July visa bulletin reversal win?
I can't talk enough about how vital it is for you to act now. Presidential race will kick in after October/ November time frame. Our window of opportunity is short. Lets help ourselves!

Do you realize that this duplicate App is going to increase the turnaround from 90 to 120 days ?
Please put some thought man - USCIS clearly said that FEDEX/USPS signed receipt is acceptable proof for EAD/AP filing in one of the FAQ's so if its get rejected out of USCIS error you can refile later.

Thanks doc for the prognosis. I have said this before and I will say it again that all this is USCIS fault. They are the ones who are taking 90 days to issue recipt notices. They are the ones who are not following FIFO in issuing recipt notices. They are the ones who said that they have processed all applications received before July 1 but have not cashed checks for my application which was mailed on June 11th.
On a lighter note what you are doing with those you tube videos is also OBSSESSIVE COMPULSIVE (DIS)ORDER except that it's for something good.

Perhaps, USA can levy another "fee" on H1-B folks to cover up the fighter jet deal loss just like they levy the mexico border protection fees on H1-B's.

When they told me about clearance and delay, they did not keep my passport, but gave it back to me at the same time and hence, I was able to travel. they, however, canceled by previous visas. I never asked them to withdraw my H1 application.

Passports retained for approvable/approved cases
Passports returned for rejected cases
Passports retained (no options provided to applicants) for audit cases

I recently moved to Houston TX for a new job on EAD and got a vertical driving license which is valid till 2015 but there is a line printed on it "Temporary visitor status expires july 2010" which is expirary date of my EAD card...
I think I will have to go to DMV again after getting new EAD card in 2010 to revalidate the new date
